You can purchase your favorite teas on our website, and we will ship them directly to you from China. Some
orders qualify for free shipping. To ensure the timely delivery of your order, we strongly recommend providing
accurate address and contact information. Based on your order details, we will display suitable delivery methods
on the checkout page. We utilize the best carriers in the industry to ensure on-time delivery. Typically, these
carriers can cater to most countries and regions worldwide. However, if there are any exceptions, please inform
us, and we will gladly address any transportation issues for you.
When will the orders be mailed?
Once we have verified your payment information, your order will be sent to our warehouse staff for further processing within 15 minutes. Your order will then be packaged and delivered within 2-5 business days. In most cases, our packages are shipped from Sichuan Province, China.
Shipping times
The shipping times consist of two parts: the processing time (2-5 working days) and the delivery time (dependent
on the chosen delivery method). Delivery times will vary based on the delivery address you choose, item
availability, and the time of your order placement. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments
may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a
significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: We strongly recommend providing us with the correct address and contact information to minimize issues in package delivery. Once the order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. We will monitor these packages continuously, and if anything unusual arises, we will promptly inform you. Shipping times may be extended for orders bound for remote countries or during peak shipping periods. This circumstance is unavoidable and beyond our control. We will exert every effort to ensure prompt and damage-free delivery of your goods. Kindly inform us as soon as possible if any orders exceed the estimated shipping time or cannot be signed for normally.
Changing Shipping Information:
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to directly change the shipping information. This is because the package has been handed over to the logistics company and is already in transit.
If you need to change the shipping information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in communicating with the logistics company, but we cannot guarantee a successful change.
Please note that any additional fees or delays associated with changing the shipping information may be your responsibility.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxe
Teapooo is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and handling charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer service team.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please be aware that refunds may take some time to process. Once the refund is completed, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
After an order has been shipped, we are unable to process a refund directly. This is because the package is already in transit and under the control of the logistics company. If you wish to refuse the delivery of the package, we will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned package. Please note that the refund amount will be deducted by the round-trip shipping cost. Refunds may take some time to process, and once completed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Delayed Package Policy
we understand that package delays during transit can be frustrating. To ensure a smooth resolution, we have established the following steps:
Proactive Carrier Communication: We will proactively contact the carrier to investigate the reason for the delay and provide you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
Customer Notification: You will be promptly notified of the delay through email or SMS, along with the revised estimated delivery timeframe.
Alternative Options: If the package delay is significant, we will work with you to explore alternative solutions, such as reshipment or a refund.
Continuous Package Tracking: We will continuously monitor the package's status and keep you informed about any further updates.

Redelivery Arrangements: If you miss the first delivery attempt, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a redelivery.

Teapooo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer addresses or failure to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
Force Majeure:
In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war, Teapooo cannot be held responsible for delays in package delivery.
